Welcome to Dr. SuryaKamal Academy. Because we deal primarily in digital products (such as exam-oriented medical notes, PDFs, and study materials for MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, and allied health students), please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Final Sales

• All purchases of digital study materials, notes, and downloadable resources are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to your account.
• Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer exchanges or returns once access to the content has been granted.

2. Exceptions & Duplicate Payments

Refunds or adjustments are only considered under exceptional circumstances, which include:

• Duplicate Transactions: If you were charged twice for the same product or subscription due to a technical error on our payment gateway.
• Access Failure: If you successfully paid for a resource but experienced a persistent technical failure on our end that permanently prevented you from accessing or downloading the content, and our support team could not resolve the issue.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for an exception under Section 2, you must raise a request within 3 days of the transaction date. Please contact our support team with your transaction ID, registered email, and payment receipt.
